Product Manager

Main responsibilities

The main responsibility of the PM is to plan and execute all marketing activities for products (mainly focus on the Interventional Radiology and Injection Solution pipeline)

Develop marketing strategy and competitive growth strategies for LUF and Injection Solution products

 

  • Review product demand monthly and revise forecast accordingly

  • Identify market research needs and develop market surveys to gain information

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the market segment up to and including controllable expenses, as well as marketing communication expenses

  • Lead projects in tactics aligned with strategies under supervision of Senior Product Manager

  • Develop the competitive messages and promotional material of product to deliver the valuable benefit to customer

  • Communication with overseas operation for marketing report

  • Work with sales team in sales & marketing strategy planning and execution

  • Provide professional training support for Sales Dept.

  • Develop and cultivate professional relationships with key opinion leaders

  • Communication and coordination assistance (congress, meeting, workshop, training, etc)

  • Submit proposal and reports as necessary

 

Special Projects

 

  • Manage Advertising Activities and PR development

  • Develop and implement digital marketing tools in conjunction with marketing team

 

Education, background required for the job

 

  • 3-4 years sales or 3-4 years marketing experience in medical industry

  • Ability to understand market trends and customer needs

  • Creative product/program development

  • Exhibit excellent analytical thinking

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion

  • Knowledge of using Pardot or similar platform preferred

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Result orientation

  • Written and spoken fluency in English (required)
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
