Sr. Contract Administrator

Job Responsibilities

•    Review and provide feedback on contracts in development, and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate
•    Analyze and resolve discrepancies reported by Distributor Reporting, Customers, Sales Reps and Distributors
•    Review signed customer contracts and ensure timely and accurate implementation in pricing system
•    Program Administration of Pricing and Equipment contracts 
•    Equipment Program Administrations which includes customer purchase compliance monitoring, invoicing non-compliant customers, collaboration with accounts receivable on aged invoice collections, and ensuring Asset Mast accuracy
•    Administer the set up and payment of fees/rebate payments associated with GPO, End Customer and Distributor Contracts
•    Primary contract/liaison for sales reps for matters related to preparing contract and pricing scenarios for end customers
•    Perform    system    and    regression    testing    when    new    programs    or enhancements to programs are implemented
•    Manage GPO and IDN membership databases
•    Format and organize reporting data in accordance with existing policies and procedures
•    Latin America end customer pricing maintenance
•    Perform other duties as assigned by Management
•    Preferred experience in a Med Device industry/environment

Requirements

•    B.S in Accounting or Business Administration
•    Basic accounting knowledge
•    2+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field
•    J.D. Edwards World knowledge a plus
•    Ability to analyze data for reasonableness, anomalies and trends
•    Ability to assemble data sets into logical and easy to review reports
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills
