Global Program and Training Manager - Interventional Imaging (II) M/F

.

 

As part of the II Global Marketing team, the Global Costumer Program and Training Manager M/F, will bring his/her expertise in the definition and design of educational programs (internal / external) for health professionals, as well as to develop a continuum for teams II.


In line with the marketing strategy, you will be in charge of the communication, coordination, promotion and follow-up of the programs, in order to support the sales teams in their strategies and the division's objectives achievement.

 

Your key responsibilities :

 

  • Develop comprehensive programs for health professionals 
    • Support for different product ranges
    • Broadcast new clinical applications or therapeutic options
  • Create partnerships to establish centers of excellence and training
  • Create and develop a network of experts involved
  • Develop our programs by including new components: 
    • Clinical sales, patients’ route
    • Health economics, scientific guidelines
  • Initiate and manage training programs communication between regions
  • Support health professional’s certification needs through innovative solutions or methods
  • Plan and coordinate online training programs
  • Define and manage the sales forces certification
  • Coordinate the educational activities related to conferences and scientific events
  • Coordinate focus groups to feed strategic marketing thinking
  • Follow up and record the provided trainings

 

Your profile :

 

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare, Training, Marketing
  • At least five years’ experience in the “medical education” field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices sector
  • Experience in Program management / training in an international environment
  • Knowledge of the interventional field (Radiology)
  • Good organization and coordination skills, management of priorities
  • Customer oriented, you have a sense of service, good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English, a second language is an asset

 

Potential travel (around 30%)
