EMEA HR Business Partner M/F


We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will support our teams for the EMEA region.


In alignment with Guerbet HR practices and policies, you will work in close cooperation with the EMEA VP and Global HR Director Sales and Marketing to support our growth and business results achievements in the EMEA region.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Define and implement strategic human resources roadmaps
  • Provide support to EMEA VP, General Managers and Country Managers
  • Ensure that HR processes and internal practices are respected and meet the business needs
  • Provide on time qualitative recruitments, follow internal mobilities according our talent management and Comp & Ben guidelines
  • Build a solid talent pipeline and succession plans for critical positions
  • Conduct assessments / diagnoses of organizations, define and deploy improvement action plans
  • Assess and reinforce employees’ engagement across EMEA region
  • Liaise between Head Quarters and region key managers
    • Guarantee a good process and policies’ understanding
    • Ensure that the best practices are rolled out
  • Support managers in conflicts management, always seeking to mitigate labor risks


Skills & Competencies :


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business and Administration or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience of HR generalist in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare
  • Experience in medical devices field, ideally in interventional radiology
  • Good command of HR strategies, Talent Management, recruitment, Performance Management
  • Knowledge in Change Management, Project management, Comp & Ben
  • Previous significant experience in international and multicultural environments
  • At ease and effective in matrix organization and in situations of remote management
  • Able to deal effectively with ambiguity situations and contradictory interests
  • Leadership to influence, innovative, creative, open-minded
  • Adaptability, good priority management, fighting spirit
  • Fluent in English, German, another language is an asset
