Global Application Specialist

Description

Position based in Paris or Saint Priest

Mission:

Reporting directly to the Digital R&D Manager, you will participate in N’Care product development as well as  being a subject matter expert in the application for N’Care software solution. You provide functional expertise for Guerbet Digital N’Care products to the customer during sales and after sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout N’Care products lifecycles.

General Overview of Responsibilities:

  • Participates in customer meetings to explain application features in detail, as well as to describe user experience, possibly through live demos
  • Delivers presentation and functional expertise on the applications, based on field experience 
  • Answers functional questions during customer meetings and / or for tenders
  • Assists in understanding user’s requirements and in identifying solutions
  • Develops, coordinates and delivers product trainings to customers
  • Ensures customer’s optimal use of the applications through continuous support
  • Provides functional support to end users (remotely or on-site)
  • Supports trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion
  • Contributes to product improvement
  • Animates the global community of application specialists for N’Care product
Required Skills & Background
  • Strong engineering background with very good knowledge of medical imaging knowledge of HIS and the different services within an Imaging center (CT, MR, X-ray, interventional, mammography) as well as their workflow. International operation workflow is a plus.
  • Well-versed with imaging modalities such as CT, MR and Interventional, injectors and their technical characteristics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate to external customers, global counterparts and team members)
  • Teaching and training experience to Radiology staff preferred
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% required (mostly EU)
  • Proficiency in spoken English
  • Knowledge of contrast media products is a plus
