ROLE SUMMARY

Guerbet is hiring a new team member to join their Field Service department at our Mexico City location. The Field Service Technician will provide direct support to the customers for the maintenance of Guerbet's medical equipment and digital solutions. 

 

For this role, we are looking for candidates that have a technical degree with just a couple of years of experience.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Train the customers on how to properly and safety operate the medical devices and digital solutions;

  • Actively work in the spare parts flow process to ensure the return of the material delivered to the field and under your responsibility (delivery, responsible usage and correct identification);

  • To fill in consistent and reliable technical service data in the maintenance management system (technical notes, spare parts usage, calibration info, checklists, labor timing, maintenance status, customer’s signature and NPS);

  • Support the maintenance process of the equipment inside the Repair Shop;

  • Actively work to ensure the achievement of the defined service KPIs: First Time Fix, Field Service Technician Utilization, Equipment Downtime, Incidents Closed in One Day, Preventive Maintenance Compliance and Repeated Calls Rating;

  • Participate in the team’s meetings and brainstorming to suggest new ideas and support in the continuous improvement process;

  • Managements of PM and Calibrations scheduling in the maintenance management system (Genesis) to reach the defined PM compliance levels;

  • Activelly work and support on Guerbet’s Customer Experience project (QR codes, WhatsApp, Web Portal, IoT, etc);

  • Act in accordance with EHS and Quality standards and needs.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Technical High School degree (Electronics, IT or Mechanics);

  • Good relationship skills in order to be in direct touch with our final customers (to listen to our customers, to be cordial and keep calm in the adverse or pressure situations);

  • Need to be comfortable to teach others, as this role is also responsible to provide operational training to the final customers;

  • Be collaborative with the customers and team mates to provide the best customer’s experience.
