WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This position reports to the Production Leader and is responsible for part inventory movement, schedule mix deployment, serial number assignment, label generation, device history record initiation, nonconformance reporting, and finished inventory claims. This role may also be assigned in the areas of receiving.

 

YOUR ROLE:

  • Picking parts inventory timely in order stage carts or builds for the schedule model mix.
  • Initiation of device history record packets including serial number initiation and label generation.
  • Finished product claims.
  • Assist to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Perform safe practices and duties relative to the operation of banders, pallet jacks, forklifts, and any other mechanical equipment.
  • Generation of product labels.
  • Staging product timely utilizing extreme attention to detail and ensuring schedule mix accuracy.
  • Uses company software and programs to assess and maintain inventory accounting.
  • Address and create nonconformance reports NCR’s for non-conforming parts daily.
  • Move accepted material to the stock location for “put away”.
  • Ensure work area and equipment is kept clean and orderly at all times.
  • Follow first in first out FIFO practices.
  • Complete company assigned training courses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • High School Diploma or equivalence
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and powered industrial vehicles if assigned to receiving.
  • Experience with material handling / receiving processes
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Able to lift to 35 lbs. without assistance
  • Ability to operate powered Industrial trucks and scissors lift
  • Occasionally requires working from heights
  • Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, crawl, kneel
  • Consistent and regular attendance is a requirement of the position
