  • Diagnostics imaging is Guerbet’s historical business which is transforming towards a solutions-oriented model to combat a market that is becoming commoditized. In order to proactively reposition itself in light of the changing market, Guerbet has built a combined offering through Contrasts products, Medical Devices and software. 
  • Interventional imaging is a key growth axis for Guerbet and they have made significant investments in their product portfolio (both internally and through Acquisitions) and their Go-To- Market (Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management, etc.). This interventional imaging business already represents more than 10% of the revenue of Guerbet is a key part of their growth strategy. 
  • Finally, Digital Solutions is a nascent business for Guerbet with a small but growing portfolio of solutions. Guerbet’s portfolio of Software consists of both in-house developed products, distributed products of other companies as well as joint development programs in Augmented Intelligence with IBM Watson Health. 



Location : Guerbet, Villepinte Offices 



Reporting to the Chief Commercial Operations, you will commercially be responsible for developing Guerbet’s Software Businesses in key markets around the world.  As member of the Digital Leadership team, you will be an active contributor to the strategic discussions and decisions which will structure Guerbet future Digital Business.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:


  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for establishing and growing Guerbet’s digital sales across key regions for its Software Portfolio,
  • Leading the development of short- and long-range sales plans Guerbet Digital,
  • Driving sales activity to achieve established sales targets and strategic initiative goals. Overseeing and managing sales pipelines – to actively track and measure the effectiveness of sales activities and outcomes for the digital sales,
  • Active participation in the sourcing, hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of Guerbet’s SW commercial teams both in headquarters and in the regions,
  • Driving the end-to-end sales excellence through continuous process improvement and individual development of sales talent,
  • Regularly reviewing prospecting, pipeline, sales strategy and close rates with sales teams to improve performance and achieve individual and team objectives,
  • Close work with services organization to drive sales excellence and seamless transitions between sales and delivery,
  • Active participation in sales process to guide and train staff and assist in closing key deals,
  • Participating in company meeting and events to promote, educate and sales achievements and increase brand awareness,
  • Being accountable for budget, planning and P&L monitoring/performance as requested - Work with marketing and sales teams to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows,
  • Driving the marketing strategy for our digital portfolio,
  • Being the voice of the customer for the global development of Guerbet’s Software business and during agile software developments
  • Identifing potential additional Software distribution opportunities for Guerbet and work with the Business Development & Licensing leader to bring them into the Guerbet Portfolio
  • Driving pre-launch marketing activities in close collaboration with commercial organization

Your Key to Success:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred,
  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience and 10+ years of sales experience positioning technical products and healthcare software solutions in a high touch and consultative selling environment, 
  • Experience developing, monitoring and consistently achieving organizational sales goals,
  • Significant experience managing sales staff through metrics-based, behavior-based, and data-driven approaches,
  • Experience in leading sales process for innovative software solutions, network of KOLs would be a great advantage, 
  • Demonstrated executive presence for internal and external activities to drive sales,
  • Superior internal communication and presentation skills, demonstrating influence and persuasion,
  • Demonstrated drive to deliver high levels of customer experience and satisfaction,
  • Passion for sales with a healthy sense of competition,
  • Determined focus on sales excellence through establishment of process and a culture of continuous improvement,
  • Successful experience in marketing in healthcare,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Entrepreneur and results oriented, 
  • Flexible and strong ability to work in the context of a strategic partnership,
  • Passion to improve healthcare,
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning capabilities.
