We are currently looking for our new Group Transformation Analyst, based in Villepinte


Purpose of the job :


In the context of Guerbet Transformation Project launched in 2021, the Group Transformation Analyst will join the Transformation Office (composed of Group Transformation Leader and 2 Program Managers) to support the delivery on time and in full of the program initiatives (worldwide scope) 2022-2024.

He/She will be a key advisor to the Group Transformation Leader & functions (including Comex members) with analytics & financial topics related to the Transformation program.

Transformation Office is acting as an incubator for young talents joining Guerbet allowing them to discover & learn interfacing with all Group functions in a key role at the heart of the Group priorities & strategy. 

Key accountabilities :


The Group Transformation Analyst contributes decisively to the achievement of expected benefits of the Transformation program, in time, savings and operational health through:


- Act as a co-pilot of Transformation:
•    Monitors delivery of organizational and financial targets of the Transformation program (e.g. cost savings), providing regular status updates to Transformation Leader, Comex members & Program Managers.
•    Alerts proactively about potential deviations affecting the amount and pace of savings and gains materialization, maintains a list of watch outs and areas of opportunity to deliver beyond initial expectations. Making recommendations on how to address deviations.
•    Provides support to Transformation Leader, workstream leaders and sponsors to quantify impacts on some key Transformation topics whenever required.
•    Support Program Managers in any data driven analysis required to run the Programs.
•    Drive IT solutions used to track & report Transformation impacts together with 3rd party supplier and adjust those solutions to the needs of workstream leaders and Transformation Office


- Ensures proper integration of Transformation into Financial reporting & cycles:
•    Ensures full consistency across the Transformation program with respect to methods used to calculate savings. To that effect, educates stakeholders, ensures adherence or - if needed - adjusts the rules that shall remain consistently applicable and applied to the entire program.
•    Interacts with all transformation stakeholders (including COMEX members) to validate financial impacts of Transformation initiatives, ensuring reliability & completeness. 
•    Ensures a strong alignment between key financial cycles (Budget, MTP, Actuals…) and Transformation program in collaboration with Corporate & Business Financial Controllers.

Your profile :

•    Master’s degre in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
•    3-5 years of experience 
•    Working experience as Consultant or Controller (including industry exposure, ideally healthcare)
•    Excellent business understanding with exposure to various functions and environments
•    Solid financial culture
•    Clear and structured thinker 
•    Solid analytical skills
•    Fluent in English
