Global Digital Product Manager M/F

Location : Villepinte / Paris office

 

Within the Diagnostic Imaging Global Marketing Organization, the Global Digital Product Manager, will manage the Guerbet Digital portfolio solutions by the deep understanding of the customer needs and the driving of the global marketing strategy. He / she participates in the conduct of product innovation, value proposition and project management, including both strategic thinking and operational workflows.

 

Focused on the needs of the market and the specific requirements of customers from different regions. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of our Integration tools with our customers, in collaboration with the Technical and Support teams. He / she helps ensure the success of the products, as well as the integration into other solutions within a global offering in order to provide the highest satisfaction to the customers and an optimal experience.

 

The position will work closely with the Medical affairs & Digital teams, Regional Marketers, Global Diagnostic Imaging Contrast media marketing, applications and integration specialists, regulatory/compliance, and sales teams.

 

OUR PROPOSAL

 

The key accountabilities (not limited) of the position will be as follow:


Downstream activities:

- Innovative downstream marketing solutions
- Develop all necessary partnerships to differentiate & tailor our offerings
- Track the performance of the products (dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, etc)
- Develop awareness and familiarity with market trends, government regulatory impact and competitive
- Build strong internal/external stakeholders network
- Provide product training as required transferring knowledge to the sales and marketing team
- Work in close collaboration with the Marcomms team
- Develops and implements internal/external marketing and sales tools as needed.
- Participate in company presence at targeted radiological congresses.
- Regular contact with local Digital Services teams to gather a prioritized list of unmet needs, feature requests, and product issues. 
- Consolidation of needs in priority regional trackers.
- Provide support to service teams and sales people to help improve the customer experience and adoption of Guerbet Digital Services solution portfolio.

 

Upstream activities:

- Ensure customer feedbacks are included in the CRD for pilots and NPIs, transfer products & applications expertise into product roadmap definition
- Develop awareness on future imaging technologies with OEMs, to make appropriate recommendations within the product roadmaps & develop partnerships
- Participate to the 5 years mid-term plan, design strategy for its portfolio
- Participate in and support new product development activity from concept through commercialization including: 

  • the voice of customer research
  • the definition of customer and product requirements
  • value proposition, pricing
  • product launch and lifecycle management. 

- Maintain productive relationships with the Product Owner, R&D, and new product development core teams
- Co-driving product decisions, communication across projects while assuring commercial objective achievement 
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, market and competitive intelligence to provide real-time feedback, and recommendations for product and business success. 
- Provides business case analysis, develops product strategy and prioritizes features and timing to maximize ROI. 
- Responsible with the team of the digital solutions portfolio, work closely with R&D

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

- Holder of a University degree in Life Science, Marketing, or related
- 5 years of experience or more in product management, preferably in medical devices
- Experienced in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing exam protocols 
- Teaching and training experience to Radiology staff is an advantage
- Interpersonal & communication skills, proficient in public speaking presentations
- Proficiency in spoken English, another language is an asset
- Team player, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
