Global Head of Marketing, Interventional Imaging

Location: Villepinte (93), France

 

 

Guerbet is recruiting a Global Head of Marketing M/F for the Interventional Imaging business unit.

 

Under the report of the Global Marketing Director for Interventional Imaging, the Global Head of Marketing will lead a team of Global Product Managers, to drive marketing strategy and salesbag expansion for the vascular embolization portfolio (delivery solutions, embolic agents including Lipiodol outside of liver cancer).

 

As the Global Head of Marketing, you will work closely with global & local marketing teams, Sales Managers, our R&D and Business Development teams, as well with the different other capabilities, among others the Financial controller, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory, to define and implement global marketing strategy and drive initiatives for your products.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Define and implement global marketing strategy to reach the objectives for our vascular embolization portfolio
  • Create innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools through customer centric approach.
  • Build strong value propositions as well as tailored positioning and messaging across our different customers segments.
  • Develop integrated communication plan and drive digital communication transformation to increase product visibility through multi-channels.
  • Develop best-in-class customers programs to drive value & service beyond products.
  • Establish relationships with key International opinion leaders in field.
  • Develop global relationships and builds credibility with key internal cross-functional stakeholders (Country sales & marketing organization, Training, Med Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance…)
  • Establish forecasts, KPI and dashboards to follow up our products performance.
  • Make relevant recommendations for products/solution roadmaps in close collaboration with R&D and BD&L along with strategic roadmap.
  • Perform research, voice of customers and analyze competitive environment and market trends to develop awareness on future technologies & fuel strategic roadmap.
  • Lead & develop a team of 3 products managers.
  • Strengthen marketing capabilities and strive for marketing excellence within direct reports but generally speaking within the marketing team.

 

Your profile

 

  • Holder of a Business or Marketing degree
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in a marketing position or equivalent position in international environment
  • A significant experience in medical devices is a strong asset
  • Experience creating marketing plans and developing value propositions, positioning, and associated supporting tools using customer-centric selling approach
  • Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners in international environment
  • Good understanding of market access and regulatory systems
  • Experience in one of the following areas preferred: Interventional Radiology, Peripheral Intervention, Interventional Oncology
  • Innovative, creative and out of the box thinking skills
  • Organized, innovate, team player, you are able to lead various projects in a portfolio
  • You worked within international organizations or matrix environments
  • Travel around the world is part of the role
  • Very good English skills, a further language is a plus
