We are an international and fast-growing pharmaceutical company specialized in medical imaging. With a worldwide presence, we offer a comprehensive range of contrast media, injection systems, digital solutions and services for Diagnostic Imaging (CT/Cath Lab imaging, Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and Interventional Imaging (Contrast agents and medical devices). 


Diagnostics imaging is Guerbet’s historical business which is transforming towards a solutions-oriented model to combat a market that is becoming commoditized. In order to proactively reposition itself in light of the changing market, Guerbet has built a combined offering through Contrasts products, Medical Devices and software. 


Interventional imaging is a key growth axis for Guerbet and they have made significant investments in their product portfolio (both internally and through Acquisitions) and their Go-To- Market (Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management, etc.). This interventional imaging business already represents more than 10% of the revenue of Guerbet is a key part of their growth strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

 

Commercial Transformation Director, EMEA & Americas 

 

Summary

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Operations, the Commercial Transformation Director develops and leads a series of projects to ensure the efficient management of Commercial Transformation journey according to best practices, shared and consistent within the Group. The role drives the delivery of the projects around business strategy design, distribution definition, sales & marketing automation opportunity, optimization of shared support service functions.
The role interfaces with the Global Transformation team, the EMEA-America’s leadership team as well as the Country GMs.

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Transformation Execution Lead Commercial transformation project 
  • Help develop elements of commercial transformation, sub-projects
  • Reporting on commercial transformation KPIs
  • Lead own team and work closely together with SFE team and global marketing/Bus
  • Support Region VPs in their development of regional commercial strategies
  • Ad hoc analytical support to Chief Commercial Officer
     

Your Key To Success

 

  • Master’s degree, preferably MBA
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from top strategy consulting company
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience from health care company driving commercial change projects
  • Experience from both Medtech and Pharma companies an advantage
  • Must be able to work vis-à-vis country GM
  • Experience leading small team
  • Extensive project management experience 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good balance between Strategic thinking and tactical 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation
  • Demonstrable skills in SalesForce.com and core consulting tools (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access etc.), methodologies (e.g. data analytics, data visualization, process mapping), frameworks and storyboarding
  • Broad, enterprise-wide business perspectives, and at least intermediate level proficiency in several of business and technology strategy, operations / process improvement, capabilities building, enabling technologies, and organization / governance
  • Ability to apply deep understanding of domain and industry frameworks to plan, define and solution client engagements, with an appreciation of top down as well as bottom-up approaches to solution engagement
  • Proficiency in business architecture
