YOUR BACKGROUND

• Requires the ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.  Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to detect defects in materials and to recognize a variety of parts and components.
• Requires the ability to use a variety of inspection equipment such as null meters, ground detectors, specially designed test panels, gages, mikes, comparators, coordinate measurement equipment, magnaflex, etc.
• Must be able to devise setups to insure proper inspection of complex dimensions.
• Must know inspection procedures for a number of products, parts, and sub-assemblies.
• Requires normal hand-sight coordination to perform test procedures.
• Requires a minimum of one-year previous experience in inspection of electrical and mechanical assemblies, products, and parts in a related field.
• Requires concentrated mental effort to perform final inspection procedures so that damage to products does not result.
• Sustained physical effort required, most work performed standing.
• High School education or equivalent.
