Brazil Demand Planning Sr Analyst

Main responsibilities, duties or tasks:

  • Process management for S&OP Brazil and Latam distributors.
  • Responsible for managing the S&OP process.
  • Organize and lead alignment and decision-making meetings (Local Scope).
  • Responsible for detailed analysis of sales behavior, identifying trends and outliers, reviewing the historical pattern of demand, analyzing market projections and strategy to support the judgment and definition of future planning.
  • Manage demand and supply planning, consolidating and keeping information updated and aligned with all departments involved.
  • Work with plants in Rio de Janeiro, United States and France to align planning and inventory information.
  • Demand management Latam distributors.
  • Develop new tools to aid analysis.
  • Monitoring, updating and analysis of performance indicators in the area.

 

Education, background required for the job:

  • Negotiation skills to lead meetings with different stakeholders.
  • Relationship, communication and indirect leadership skills.
  • Technical knowledge in Excel and Power Point tools.
  • Independent process management and project leadership.
  • English: Advanced (Must have).
  • Spanish: Advanced (Must have).
