We are looking for our new Application Specialist ISS & Digital.

 

 

The principal responsibilities of the role are :

 

  • Support the sales team in the promotion of injectors, medical devices and digital solutions with demo, presentation and customer visits.
  • Attend congresses and events to demonstrate injectors and software. 
  • Train both sales team and customers in usage of injectors, medical devices and software.
  • Maintain connection with outsourced technical service companies and provide, in case of necessity, installation of injectors and first support for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Routine use and update data on CRM.
  • Keep contacts with HQ references and external vendors.
  • Follows paperwork (contracts, consignments, etc).

 

YOUR PROFILE
 

  • Background required: radiology technician (TSRM) or Application Specialist/Technical Assistance in healthcare companies (ideally operating in radiology).
  • Good knowledge of main informatic systems.
  • Fluent in English.
