APAC Human Resources Trainee

We are looking for a talent like you who can speak in Korean and are interested in joining our team in Hong Kong for a 18-month trainee assignment. You will be given a chance to understand and assist in the HR operations in South Korea. This role is based in Hong Kong.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round general administrative support to HR Department
  • Complete monthly EUT file for GK and ISK
  • Assist with recruitment process such as posting job ads on Korea local career websites, and arranging local interviews
  • Assist in CV screening when the CV is written in Korean only
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding process, documents preparation, data entry and maintenance of employee data in SAP HR system and leave system
  • Maintain & update the recruitment tracking report and metrics
  • Responsible for maintenance of filing system
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned

 

Educations & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR / Arts / Business fields
  • Previous internship experiences in administration / HR preferred

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proactive, willing to learn, well-organized and flexible
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT/System skills (Microsoft office – Word / Excel / PPT)
  • Excellent communication skills in Korean & English – written & spoken
  • Other Asian language skills (Japanese) will be a big plus
