Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an Customer Service Representative for our regional office in Hong Kong.


Main Responsibilities

  • Handle Order-To-Cash transactions in SAP system, including made-to-order and consignment order for APAC regions
  • Respond customer’s enquiries in timely and professional manner
  • Handle Export License and all shipping documents in compliance with regulatory requirement
  • Intensive communication with different internal stakeholders including plant, Regulatory, Quality, Planning to ensure all the orders/shipments to comply with requirement
  • Assist the Manager for reporting analysis and project engagement
  • Other duties as assigned



Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
  • Detailed minded, must possess strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate for challenges
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, a good team player
  • Must be able to maintain multiple projects at one time.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Experience in ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Knowledges on supply chain and inventory management



Educations & Experiences

  • At least 6 years’ experience in fast paced customer service department providing order management support (medical/pharmaceutical experience is a definite advantage).
