WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

Step into an exciting role as a Filling Operator at our Raleigh, NC site, where you'll play a crucial part in producing pharmaceutical drugs. and become an integral member of a team committed to current Good Manufacturing Practices. This position is on third shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:30am. 

  • Hands-On Operator: Your responsibilities include filling and inspecting terminally sterilized and aseptically produced pharmaceutical drugs. 

  • Quality Focus: Operate filling equipment with precision, ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMPs for top-notch quality. 

 

YOUR ROLE: 

As an Operator, you will: 

  • Equipment Proficiency: Operate filling equipment within validated parameters, showcasing your technical skills. 

  • Quality Control Expert: Inspect products meticulously, maintaining high-quality standards through product and environment sampling. 

  • Documentation Proficient: Follow and maintain documentation records, ensuring accountability of solutions and units throughout the production process. 

  • Component Verification: Check and verify components to guarantee accuracy in the production process. 

  • Cleanliness Advocate: Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment, contributing to a sterile and controlled environment. 

 

YOUR BACKGROUND: 

Education:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. 

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience within a sterile environment (e.g., ISO 5E or similar). 

Skills:

  • Good math and reading skills.

  • Mental and visual acuity for the production and identification of quality products. 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration. 

  • Ability to work both on a team and individually. 

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
