Permanent contract to be filled as soon as possible


Duties of Customer Service Specialist, with particular emphasis on operations aimed at ensuring :

 

  • The entry of sales orders with congruity check against current conditions 
  • The monitoring of shipments and deliveries in synergy with the warehouse
  • The management of returns and complaints
  • The drafting of commercial offers and contracts
  • Customer telephone assistance and communication management
  • Supporting the sales network
  • Updating customer master data and price lists in the management system in accordance with offers
  • The correct archiving of customer service documentation;
  • Invoicing support
  • Support in the management of inventory and purchase orders from the parent company

 

Relations with external suppliers :

 

  • Purchase orders for resale material and services related to the Customer Service area
  • Monitoring of deliveries to the local warehouse and interface with EMEA colleagues

 

Profile :

 

  • You have 5-10 years’ experience in the same function 
  • Experience in the same function in pharma companies
  • Italian mother tongue, good English
  • PC use, good Excel
  • SAP knowledge
