Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Brevet F/H sur notre site d’Aulnay-Sous-Bois (93).
Au sein du Département Brevet composé de 4 personnes, vous aurez en charge de répondre aux demandes d’informations émanant des chercheurs R&D du Groupe Guerbet (équipes basées en France, aux Etats-Unis et en Israël).
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Veille et analyse concurrentielle
- Participation à la gestion du portefeuille Brevets
- Recherches d’antériorités
- Etude de brevetabilité
- Etude de liberté d’exploitation
- Analyse de portefeuille brevets de tiers
- Participation aux oppositions en Europe
Votre Profil :
De formation scientifique (Bac+5) et diplômé du Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI).
Etre Mandataire Européen ou en cours de préparation, vous avez une première expérience d'au moins 5 années au sein d'un département Brevets en industrie ou en cabinet de Conseil en Propriété Industrielle.
Vous êtes disposé à travailler aussi bien sur des sujets en chimie (chimie organique ou polymérique) que sur des sujets concernant des dispositifs médicaux. Des connaissances en dispositifs médicaux seraient un plus pour ce poste. Autonome, rigoureux et réactif, vous avez le sens de l'organisation et l'esprit d'équipe.
Votre aisance relationnelle et vos qualités rédactionnelles vous permettront de mener à bien votre mission. Une bonne connaissance des outils de recherche dans les bases de données brevet est nécessaire. Guerbet étant une société internationale, un bon niveau d’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est indispensable.
